Unpair and erase your Apple watch
Unpairing your Apple watch restores it to factory settings. Please make sure you back up your Apple watch first.

When possible clear your unique passcode which you maybe using on other devices and accounts.

What to expect when you come in
A)- Revive Technologies does not provide over the counter swaps for Apple watches.
B)- Certified Apple technicians will troubleshoot and facilitate repair services for covered repairs without charge to customers.
If a repair or associated service is deemed outside the scope of Apple repair cover, Revive Technologies may charge a fee for associated labour and parts.
For example:
- If the issue results from the use of any non-Apple hardware product.
- If the issue results from the use of any non-Apple software product.
- If the issue results from accidental damage or abuse.
- If the issue results from a software-related cause or software setup.
- if customer requesting a part be replaced that does not demonstrate failure.
C)- Certified Apple technicians will have to validate cover and repair type eligibility using Apple portal before initiating repairs. In the event of a cover dispute, the customer must provide proof of purchase or proof of cover documentation prior to delivery of any covered repair service.
POP or receipt must meet the following criteria:
The POP must be legible (screenshots are not acceptable)
The POP must include the following information:
- Date of purchase
- Invoice or receipt number
- Sale price
- Reseller information and, if possible, the company seal or logo
- Product serial number (if serial number is not printed on the POP, it must be written on the document)
D)- Replacement parts that are used for a covered repair under warranty will be warranted for the remaining term of Apple’s warranty, or 90 days, whichever provides the longer cover for the customer. Parts or products provided by Apple for service may be new Or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
